Visitors can discover why Scottish mussels are one of the nation’s most celebrated sustainable superfoods – fresh, flavourful, and environmentally friendly.
At the Eat Scottish Mussels stand, visitors can purchase cooked mussels , including mouth-watering packs of mussels in Cajun sauce or Champagne sauce, as well as plain cooked mussels – ideal for quick, easy meals packed with flavour and nutrition.
Meet The Farmer
Learn all about Scottish Mussels from Sam Laurenson, Mussel Farmer at Blueshell Mussels in Shetland. Come along to the Eat Scottish Mussels food hall stand on Saturday 26th July, where Sam will be on hand to answer any questions about Mussel farming.

Adding to the excitement, the event will feature a live cookery demonstration by CJ Jackson, one of the UK’s leading seafood authorities.
CJ Jackson is a renowned seafood expert, food writer, and passionate advocate for sustainable fish and shellfish. Formerly Principal of the prestigious Billingsgate Seafood Training School in London, she has inspired countless home cooks and professional chefs to embrace the best of British seafood. CJ is also the author of several acclaimed cookbooks and is celebrated for her approachable style and depth of knowledge.
