Following some joyful try-out performances, Tales from the Shed is thrilled to bring you the first ever ‘Tales Opera’ starring everyone’s favourite purple pal – Blurgh.Sung by professional singers from the National Opera Studio and filled with colourful chaos – this is opera as you have never seen before.The Spots and Stripes Wednesday 6 August, Thursday 7 August, Friday 8 August at 10am and 11.30am £5 | free to babies under 6mths | for ages 0-4yrs After a successful run at the Discover Story Centre, The Spots and Stripes bursts with colour, music, movement, and just the right number of tiny words. This heart-warming tale follows two playful groups – one spotty and one stripy – as they discover the power of mixing, matching, trial, and error. Together, they create beautiful patterns that lead to a brighter, better world. Tales Jukebox brings together your favourite songs, characters and stories from across our season – with a few surprises thrown in! Will Lying Down be in a tuxedo? Will Blurgh sparkle in sequins?
