Free London Winter Lights Festival Shines on Winter Wellness

A brand new free London winter lights event is aiming to help people banish the January blues. The Winter Lights Festival 2025 kicks off with an enlightening launch event on Tuesday, January 28th from 6-9pm, and will run until 2 February.

Dedicated to promoting health and wellbeing during the darkest months of the year, the festival offers tools and experiences to combat light and sleep deprivation, supporting resilience during winter.

The groundbreaking event is dedicated to supporting those affected by Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), light deprivation, and winter blues. The festival will showcase inspiring talks, guided meditations, or interactive displays, and cutting-edge strategies to make winter feel brighter.

The launch evening will begin with a drinks reception sponsored by Apeal World ACV and an opportunity to explore products and services from carefully selected brand partners.

The event – to be held at XYZ Gallery, 5 Gray’s Inn Road, London, WC1X 8PH – includes:

6:30 PM: A showcase of innovative wellness tools to enhance your home experience.

7 PM: An expert panel discussion on winter wellness, moderated by Apeal World ACV founder Salka Lavinia Rayne. Panelists include Laura Pradelska (Stil App), Lisa Holly Palmer (Mind Jump Magazine), Isabella Panousis (Transformational Coach), and Chris Cruz & Rupert Earl (Thleep).

8 PM: A transformative light-enhancing breathwork session led by Isabella Panousis.

8:15 PM: The evening culminates in the Thleep immersive light and sound synesthesia performance—a multisensory experience designed to reduce anxiety and enhance sleep cycles.

The Winter Lights Festival continues from January 29th to February 2nd, featuring daily installations and immersive experiences from 12–5 PM.

Apeal World ACV founder Salka Lavinia Rayne said: “This is a great chance to bright up our January and enjoy these wonderful winter lights to enhance our wellness at the start of the year. And it’s a lovely opportunity to align with a like-minded community and embrace winter’s challenges with creativity and connection.”

Admission to the event is free, however only ticket holders will be allowed access.
