Say g’day to the Flat Vegemite, a smooth and creamy flat white with a cheeky Vegemite twist.
What’s more, it tastes absolutely ripper! This bold new take on the classic flat white combines the rich, velvety flavour of expertly brewed espresso with creamy milk and the deep savoury notes of Vegemite, delivering a flavour combo that is packed with character and is unapologetically Aussie.
Launching exclusively for London Coffee Festival, the Flat Vegemite will be available in the Notting Hill, Paddington and South Kensington locations of Farm Girl café throughout the duration of the festival. Whether you are a coffee aficionado looking to try something a bit out there, or a Vegemite fan keen to elevate your beverage game, this is one brew you will not want to miss.

Ingredients:
20g Ristretto (double shot of espresso)
One Teaspoon of VEGEMITE
150ml hot milk (preferably steamed)
Method:
Pull a 20g double ristretto shot.
Stir in one teaspoon of VEGEMITE until fully dissolved.
Top with 150ml of hot milk, finishing with a thin layer of foam.
Optional: serve with hot buttered toast for dipping.
