Nexba invites investors to own a share of one of the UK’s best-selling kombucha brands, as it pursues its mission to eliminate sugar and artificial ingredients from diets worldwide.
LONDON, 19 August 2024 /PRNewswire/ – Following a successful crowdfunding round in Australia this June, which raised $0.7 million AUD, rapidly expanding functional drinks brand, Nexba, is now venturing further into a $300 billion AUD global market. Established in Australia in 2010, Nexba is committed to eliminating sugar and artificial ingredients, having already removed over 7 billion grams of sugar from diets around the globe*. The brand is now appealing to consumers to invest in its global growth and assist Nexba in continuing its mission to lead the way in promoting gut-friendly, functional, and naturally sugar-free beverages. The new funding campaign seeks to raise an additional £775,000-£1M ($1.5-2.0 million AUD) through Crowdcube, to further accelerate its international expansion.
In line with its mission, Nexba expanded to Goodness Group Global in 2023, with the objective of building a leading platform for better-for-you brands, now available to 250 million customers across 15 global markets. As part of this growth, the company launched new products and brands in Australia, including Nexba Better Soda and PACE, a rapid hydration drink with zero sugar, created in collaboration with Australian cricket captain and IPL superstar Pat Cummins.
With Nexba and PACE already generating sales exceeding £12.5m per year (FY24), now is the perfect time to invest in brands that are both good for you and taste great.
International CEO Dave Wallwork commented: “Nexba and PACE are strong brands, aligned with fast-growing trends, and featuring some of the best-selling products. With investment in local, sustainable production, I foresee rapid scaling with products that are good for you, and good for the planet.”
