These products cater to the growing global demand for sustainable, plant-based foods.
Korean Food’s Expanding Presence in Europe
Korean cuisine is growing in popularity across Europe, valued for its health benefits and distinctive flavours. Retailers such as Carrefour and Monoprix are now offering a wide range of Korean products, and SIAL Paris provides the ideal platform to showcase this rising trend. Visitors will have the chance to meet with producers, sample products, and create business partnerships.
The rise of plant-based and vegan diets in Europe has also contributed to the growing demand for Korean food, with chefs across the continent embracing its versatility.
