At the end of May, London Essence, creator of exquisite drinks, is inviting Mancunians to celebrate the spontaneous get-togethers and sun-kissed evenings that define the great British summer, with the launch of its ‘Sundown Spots’ pop up taking place in Manchester Spinningfields on 29th and 30th May 2025 from 3pm-9pm.

Whatever the weather, London Essence will transform the heart of the city into an uplifting sundown sanctuary. Designed as a sensory experience for guests, the vibrant, mood lifting pop-up will capture the spirit of summer come rain or shine.

A complimentary London Essence Pink Grapefruit Crafted Soda awaits, elegantly served with a fresh grapefruit garnish, allowing guests to take a moment to slow down, soak in the ambience and savour the moment. Guests will also receive an exclusively designed recipe card and local map, guiding them to a selection of nearby bars for a bold London Essence Paloma or refreshing non-alcoholic No-Loma as the sun sets over Manchester. Each location has been handpicked to help guests continue their sundown experience and explore the city’s best bars serving expertly crafted London Essence cocktails, including Louis Restaurant, Tattu, Fenix, and Dukes 92.
